This series contains various files related to the legal standing and business of the Illinois Prairie Path. These include the articles of incorporation and by-laws, both original and revised. Copyright Requests Received and Granted, Deeds of Gift Regarding the IPP Records, and Logo and Trademark Registrations and Requests are also included. Land Acquisition and permissions and challenges by private property owners, as well as legal agreements with Railroads regarding pedestrian crossing maintenance and liability are included.
