Record Group 5: Advocacy and Issues, 1964 - 2014

The Advocacy and Issues series includes a broad range of topics involving the IPP. They are combined since the difference between advocating for or on behalf of a group or topic and seeking a resolution to a specific issue was hard to determine. As the records were processed, organic groupings became apparent (Alphabetical; Federal, State and Regional; Counties; Cities; Highways; and Bridges) and these are described in detail below.
