College and Seminary Library Corporation Board of Trustees minutes, 1951 - 1974
Scope and Contents
Established in 1952, the Board of Trustees of the College and Seminary Library Corporation met several times each semester (more frequently in later years) to discuss budget, security, personnel, holdings, and services related to the library. The minutes of these meetings were bound into three volumes. In the final volume (1969-1974), following minutes of the dissolution of the corporation, are historic documents regarding the formation of the Board of Trustees of the College and Seminary Library Corporation. These documents include the 1952 provisions for establishing the corporation with information about ownership, control, administration, and management. Also included is a revised copy of bylaws from February 22, 1968 which provides information on meetings, officers, duties, and committees. The Board of Trustees minutes are bound in three hardcover volumes.
