Course Schedules, 2009-2020 (Digital)

Scope and Contents

Course schedules list the number, title, credits, day and time, and instructor of each course offered, arranged alphabetically within each academic term. The course schedules in this series are three different types. From 1963 to Summer 1999, the schedules are final printouts created at the end of each term by the Office of the Registrar. Beginning in the Fall 1999, the course schedules are an annual publication containing the entire academic year offerings. The College ceased physical publication of course schedules with the 2009-2010 academic year. A .PDF of an annual report created by the Registrar’s Office was printed by the Archives staff for course schedules from the years 2009-2017.

Course schedules from the years 2009-2020 are available as digital objects.

Biographical / Historical

Course schedules were created by the Registrar, the Associate Dean of Faculty, and Department Chairs and published annually by the Office of the Registrar.

Physical Description

The 1963-1988 folder is very sparse with limited coverage of those years. Also missing from the collection: Summer 1989; Summer 1990; Winter 1991; Summer and Fall 1994; Winter and Spring 1995; Fall 1996; and Summer 1999.

Processing Information

Fall 1988 through Summer 1999 are photocopies of the permanent records in the Office of the Registrar obtained in 2003 by the College Archives. 2004-2005 through 2008-2009 were published and distributed by the College. From 2009-2017,.PDFs created by the Registrar’s Office were printed by Archives staff. .PDF schedules from 2009-2020 are available in digital format.
