Scope and Contents
This collection includes handouts, lecture notes, videos, slides, and exams/quizzes from the classes that Adams taught. Additional materials include a course proposal and developmental documents regarding the Illinois Latin Exam.

Videos in this collection are on VHS tapes and DVDs. Access to these materials may be restricted temporarily due to technical limitations. We are working to digitize these materials for future access.
Biographical / Historical
Andrew Adams taught classics at North Central College for thirty-four years, retiring at the end of the 2003-2004 academic year. During his tenure at the college Adams taught Latin, Classical Mythology, and Greek and Roman History.

Processing Information
Donated by new owner of Professor Adams’ home following his death. Slides were removed from carousels and storage boxes and rehoused into slide sleeves. Photocopies of slides lists found in the course materials are included with the slides to expedite organization and use.
