These files include the minutes from Board of Directors meetings. The minutes include who attended, who was absent, and a brief description of what was discussed at the meeting. Agenda and attachments are also included. The Board of Directors worked on a calendar year schedule from January through December, often with no meetings held in August. The Illinois Prairie Path Annual Meeting for all members is held in November and represented in these files. Beyond minutes, internal notes between directors relating to the meetings, expense reports and monthly budgets are included.Two folders at the end of this series are exceptions. One folder contains lists of Board of Directors and Committees for each year, including both original and versions with handwritten notes and changes. The second folder, titled “Visions and Conflicts”, includes notes regarding differences in opinion and outlines of visions for the Illinois Prairie Path written by individual directors.
