This series contains reports and files related to Homecoming from 1924 to 1973, 1982, and 1991 through 2010. Reports include calendars, schedules, budget information, committee members, and information about the scheduled activities. Complied by the Homecoming Chairman and committee leaders, these reports were created for future event organizers and provide suggestions and ideas to ensure the event’s success. The Homecoming committee did not always create a report and as a result gaps do exist. The files include Homecoming programs, non-class specific reunion materials, correspondence and registration materials from the Office of Alumni Relations, and post-Homecoming evaluations. Also included are planning notes for Homecoming related activities such as the alumni golf outing, the Homecoming football game and parade, alumni tent and breakfast with the professor.
