Biographical / Historical

Homecoming is an annual event conducted by North Central College and its Alumni Association. Homecoming, an event for alumni and students, was first organized in 1920 and continues to be an annual campus event held in the fall, largely organized by the Office of Alumni Relations. North Central College alumni relations began in 1869 with the organization of the Alumni Association. There is now an Office of Alumni Relations within the Office of Institutional Advancement. Organized by the Office of Alumni Relations, class reunions at one time were held for each class reaching a 5-year anniversary post-graduation. Recent focus in on the 50-year mark. Originally, class reunions were held in the summer in conjunction with Alumday but now are part of the Homecoming festivities.
