Scope and Contents This collection contains correspondence and meeting minutes from the Associates of North Central College. The correspondence in this collection includes invitations to serve on the committee and letters to members about meetings. The majority of the letters are from A. R. Seder and H. F. Materials in this collection consist of correspondence, programs, maps, reports, plans for campus growth, and architectural drawings of campus buildings. Subjects include erection, renovation, and maintenance of campus buildings and long-term goals for the campus physical plant. Further information can be found in each series description.

Scope and Contents This collection contains minutes, financial ledgers, constitutions, correspondence, events, membership lists, newspaper clippings, and programs. The minutes date from 1916 to 1974 and cover the general conduct of the meeting as well as the discussions that were presented each meeting. In accordance with these monthly meetings, the series also includes yearly programs that listed the discussion theme for the year, the meeting dates, and the hostesses for each meeting from 1917 to 1966. ...

Scope and Contents This series contains materials generated by the development office. The bulk of the material consists of brochures and fundraising campaign materials. Other material includes memoranda, reports, presentations, and newsletters relating to such topics as estate planning, campus improvement, the College’s 125th anniversary, and scholarships. Scope and Contents This collection contains appointment books, personal journals/diaries, and other miscellaneous personal effects created and maintained by Dr. Gertrude Howell Hildreth. The appointment books are small size pocket calendars in which Dr. Hildreth recorded appointments, events, and activities. Scope and Contents This collection contains illustrated flyers, invitations, newsletters, programs and booklets that Gamertsfelder Naumann created for North Central College and other local commercial clients. Scope and Contents

This collection contains programs, organization charts, newsletters, and manuals for either faculty or staff. The programs are for the Service Awards Dinner, sponsored by the Human Resources office and held annually to recognize faculty and staff. The manuals outline policies, procedures, and duties of campus positions as well as information about benefits and retirement.
