NCC: The Kindling
Scope and Contents
The Kindling is published in the fall, winter and spring terms, often with supplementary Special Edition issues. The Kindling, a collaboration of student writing and artwork, contains parodies of campus-related issues as well as current events, humorous stories, and anecdotes. Special Edition issues focus on one topic including men and women (2000), the 5-year Kindling anniversary (2001), and I-posters (2003). Although The Kindling is generally numbered by volume and issue number, special editions and missed publications fall outside this scheme and are indicated on the container list. The length and size of the magazine has varied over the years.
