NCC: North Central College Achievements "Koten Reports"
Scope and Contents
First written in 1986, the “Koten Reports” were a compilation of achievements by students, faculty, and campus groups. Each report is broken down into three sections: student achievements, faculty and departmental achievements, and group achievements. Student achievements include students who graduated and were accepted to graduate schools and students who have joined staffs of major firms. Richter Fellowship recipients are also listed, although usually in the appendix of the report. In the faculty listing, faculty members who wrote an article or book or were appointed to a position are named. Group achievements include North Central organizations, athletics, Campus Ministry, and Music Department accomplishments. In 1987-1988 and again in 1989-1990, news articles are included that pertain to students or faculty members at North Central.
