Series 5: Survey Questionnaire Files, bulk: 1984 - 1996

Elected officials, especially those seeking re-election, are asked to complete questionnaires from various organizations and news agencies to assist with ratings by those groups. These files contain completed surveys and any subsequent correspondence with them. The organizations vary from the committee for the Illinois Equal Rights Amendment to the Chicago Tribune. The bulk of the questionnaires were completed in election years.
