This collection contains newsletters, emails, correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations, handbooks, proposals, directories, forms, applications, faculty resumes, agendas, course schedules, surveys, exams, applications, and photographs for the North Central College Education Department. Scope and Contents This collection consists of Edward Meachen’s files from his time as Director of the Library. The files include materials concerning administration of the library with topics ranging from on-line catalogs, book purchasing, and bibliographic instruction, to gifts, grants, and awards. Also included are files on campus-wide, as well as external committees and projects in which Meachen participated. This collection contains letters that Edward and Hettie wrote to each other when they were physically apart during the early part of their marriage. A small number of letters received from family members and others are present. One of Edward’s religion textbooks, a copy of his master’s thesis, and a Domm/Damm family history book are also part of this collection.

Scope and Contents This collection, which includes documents from 1913 to 1946, contains mostly financial correspondence between President Rall and individuals and groups concerning monetary donations to the College.
