This collection has been arranged into four series: Series 1: Reports and Files, 1924-1973, 1991-2010; Series 2: Homecoming Programs, 1924-2022; Series 3: 50 Year Clubs, 1958-2004. Series 4: Class Reunion Files, 1932-2014. Further information about the records can be found within the description of each series.

Scope and Contents This collection includes applications, certificates, fliers, receipts, guidebooks, invitations, programs, minutes, and correspondence for the Beta Beta Beta (Tri-Beta), Blue Key, Delta Kappa Gamma, Phi Alpha Delta, Phi Alpha Theta, Pi Gamma Mu, Pi Mu Epsilon, and Sigma Tau Delta. This collection contains programs, organization charts, newsletters, and manuals for either faculty or staff. The programs are for the Service Awards Dinner, sponsored by the Human Resources office and held annually to recognize faculty and staff. The manuals outline policies, procedures, and duties of campus positions as well as information about benefits and retirement.

Scope and Contents The files of the literary societies of North-Western College include the minutes, programs, and papers of many different campus societies. Artifacts housed and inventoried separately, include artwork, a chemistry scale, a wooden box with scale weights, two graduated cylinders, a gown worn by Dr. Rebstock at the National Press Club Awards, and a 250M bottle of chloromycetin.
